DE18 Diamont Etching Primer is a two part, CHROMATED, universal pretreatment primer for the use under DP20 Diamond Prime or DP21 Color-It Primer. DE18 offers excellent adhesion and corrosion protection when used as a pretreatment primer over properly sanded bare steel, aluminum, zinc and galvinized metals. DE18 is also recommended under EP689 White Epoxy Primer when repairing aluminum. DE18 must be mixed with DA18 Etching ACtivator prior to use.
